[digitalradio] A Little off Topic: Use of the 60m band in Norway

Hi all

In Norway  the band 5260 - 5410 kHz is now opened for general Amateur
Radio use.
The band  is not channelized.   The allocation is secondary and power is
limited to 100 watts.
