Hmm, Authoxy doesn't directly use launchd. Nonetheless, given that
SCHelper is System Configuration Helper, I wonder if this is related
to the problem in Leopard where Authoxy doesn't save its preferences
correctly. If that's the case, this has been addressed and a fix
will be out soon.

Okay, I found and fixed one potential cause of this. Before I
consider this solved, it would help greater if you could tell me
whether you use either PAC or NTLM.
