西山和広です。 axlsx という ruby のライブラリを使って xlsx を生成しているのですが、 出力結果を LibreOffice でしか確認していなかったら、罫線が途切れていると 指摘されてわかったのですが、結合したセルの元のセルに罫線が設定されて いないときの挙動が Excel と違うようです。
