Simple to use, I have used it on some small sites (st-georg.hr - the home page, www.podravka.com/visebojac/ - the header images)

Hi,
for a simple slide show try this:

Very nice, thank you!

So the trick is:

  jQuery(slides[last]).css('display', 'block').css('zIndex', '0');
  jQuery(slides[current]).css('zIndex', '1').fadeIn('slow');

How convenient... :-)

Hi,

I'm displaying one image, now how do I replace it with a
'blending' effect, i.e the old image fades out and the
new image fades in ?

I suspect I should make clever use of animate,opacity,z-index etc,
I'm just not sure were to start. Any pointers to an existing example
on how to do it with jquery ?

Cheers, Tobbe
