<gentle-rant>Hmm, mentoring. (I should probably have cross-posted this to the IAI ...) I've tried a couple of times to obtain a mentor through the IAI and this has fallen on deaf ears both times so I'd caution against offering a scheme without a robust approach to ensuring it's adhered-to. </gentle-rant>
