I just rev'ed the UX Kit doc to 1.1, updating sample salaries to reflect 2009

Also, for the 2009 UPA salary survey the project team and I took an open-ended 
approach to job titles and compensation. We documented a dozen variations of 
UX-themed contributor, manager, and director titles, and compiled 2009 salaries

All, also note that I intentionally released the kit under a Creative Commons 
Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 (US) license. This makes the content most similar 
to open source software. 

I'm a big proponent of Creative Commons licensing. I think many of us on the 
list are philosophically aligned with CC's ideas as well.
