I like Album Artwork Aggregator. http://team.thenexusnet.com/nexus/AAA/ Seems to do the trick. Of course, it relies on your directory structure as the method of finding album and artist names, and no idea how it would work on classical music (for example), but it's pretty good with most newer music.
