[ACFUG Discuss] Upgrading to CF 11 Question

I currently have CF9 Developer on my PC. I'm ready to install CF11, but 
I want it to replace CF9, not preserve it.
I know the two can co-exists, but that is not what I want.
Must I first uninstall CF9, or what?
