Apparently that one can't be reinstalled. Was able to get rid of squid
with 

fetch -o /usr/local/pkg/squid.inc 
http://www.pfsense.org/packages/config/squid/squid.inc

then reinstalling package, then deleting it. 

But 

fetch -o /usr/local/pkg/lightsquid.inc 
http://www.pfsense.org/packages/config/lightsquid/lightsquid.inc

doesn't seem to do the trick. Any way of getting
rid of the nasty cephalopod?
