This is not a bug but the expected behaviour: all the column attributes are only
evaluated once, only the body of the column tag is evaluated during iteration.
Evaluting column attributes at each iteration will lead to a big performance
degradation, so we are not going to allow this now.
Leaving as a wish for displaytag 1.1: we will probably add a different way to
dinamically change column attributes (style/class).
