Description:
To handle binary data (es pdf export) the export view interface must be modified
(probably splitted in 2 interfaces).
According to jsp spec binary content is not assured to work on any container.
The export filter should be modified, and the optimized version seem not to work on
all containers (add a flag to choose between buffered/unbuffered, support for
outputStream)
