double checked everything and tried on different systems: it works without
problems for me.

Description:
The href attribute does not work unless you use the paramId/paramProperty
attribute as well. At the least, please document this. However, I don't see why
this should be required. Also, what if you want multiple parameters to be
added. You can't do that as far as I could tell.
