Description:
Add:
* a test attribute, to allow conditional display of columns
* an order attribute, to allow a user to designate at run time the order of
the columns
I'm not suggesting that a link be added for setting column order; I'm not sure
how a user link could be gracefully be displayed.
These 2 features together will allow dt users to easily implement a column
chooser, so that end users can choose the columns that display and the order in
which they appear; very handy in a reporting application.
