ServletException on WAS

Hi,
I have been using the displaytag v 1.0-b3 jar for my application and it was
properly working on BES
(Borland) app server since the last 2 years :)
When I migrated my application to Websphere App Server, it gave me an exception
in the logs which reads
like:
javax.servlet.ServletException:
org/displaytag/tags/TableTag
The error doesn't say much about the root cause which is why I have been
breaking my head over this for the last couple of days, albeit with no gains :(
Has anyone encountered this error ? From the above exception, looks like the
jar file is being loaded properly.
Any pointers would be much appreciated.
