when in <display:column> there is
sortable="true"
the <th> contains a <a href link, but this does not contain a "title"
attribute.
So, when the mouse is over the th cell, no explanation is shown.
Especially, if there is sort="external", sortName may trigger a sorting that
is not just ascending/descending string sorting but something more
sophisticated.
Then, it would be good that the mouse on the cell could make a
language/locale-dependent explanation text visible. Similarly, when another
comparator class is used, then, being able to explain before sorting may be
desirable too.
"titleResource" attribute or a nested "titleResource" tag might be helpful here
