Export fails when displaytag inside custom tags (Weblogic 9.1 only)

Export fails when displaytag inside custom tags (Weblogic 9.1 only) , when I
use tomcat 5.028 works fine
per example the code is the following
<mytag:layout-body>
<display:table >
</mytag:layout-body>
the custom tag layout-body is
<%@ tag body-content="scriptless" %>
<%@ taglib prefix="html" uri="/WEB-INF/struts-html.tld" %>
<%@ taglib prefix="c" uri="/WEB-INF/c-1_0-rt.tld" %>
<%@ attribute name="styleClass" required="false"%>
<c:if test = "${empty styleClass}">
<c:set var="styleClass" value="maxHeight"/>
</c:if>
<!-- begin layout-body.tag -->
<tr>
<td class="${styleClass}">
<div class="contentDisplayRes" style="height:100%;">
<jsp:doBody/>
</div>
</td>
</tr>
<!-- end layout-body.tag -->
when I take out the custom tag , the exportation works fine, please any help
will appreciated.
