There are times when it is very important to be able to specify a style on a
header element (th) independently of the class.
The classic is when the CSS class is highly generic, but you need to specify
one additional attribute, such as a width (there are times when if the th is
rendered without a width, but the td is, you can get funny results).
If the widths have to be specified in the class, then you get a wild
proliferation of classes to handle all of the different widths.
In short:
Provide a headerStyle attribute!
