ColumnTag skips evaluation of body content on the first row of the table.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: DISPL-337
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/DISPL-337
Project: DisplayTag
Type: Bug
Versions: 1.1
Reporter: Knut Erik Ballestad
Fix For: TBD
On some web pages in my application, Displaytag's ColumnTag tag skips the
evaluation of the body content in the tables on the first row of the table.
If I isolate(shows just the displaytag table) in the web page, I am not able to
reroduce this error, but when part of some of my more complex web pages, the
error occurs 100% reproducable. From row 2 and to the end of the table, the
data is displayed OK
Example:
_display:column paramId="itemId" property="itemId" paramProperty="itemId"
href="<%=currPos%>" title="B"/_
I am not sure if the error is inside displaytag, but displaytag for sure is
affected by something to produce this behaviour. (I also use the Struts-Layout
taglig heavily in the same JSP's).
Inside TableTag (line 865), the !tableTag.isIncludedRow() test causes this
behaviour:
if (tableTag.isEmpty() || !tableTag.isIncludedRow())
{
return SKIP_BODY;
}
What could I possibly have done in my JSP's that alter the behaviour of this
test?
