When using display tag 1.0 with any size recordset with or without a decorator
in IE the navigation, sorting, and exporting links do not behave like links..
when clicking on them nothing happens. Reloading the page multiple times will
sometimes get the display tag to work correctly. This is only occuring in IE.
The exact same code is generating matching html in FF and works correctly.
The recordset I was testing against contains less then 500 records.
