Ability to add/remove columns from table

In the jsp file, the user defines a set of columns. Automatically, display tag,
offers the ability to remove or add columns, allways based on the original
columns set. This could be done via a link in the header, that shhows up a
simple form with columns names and checkboxes for choosing them. Another way
(more friendly perhaps) is via javascript, when the end-user right-clicks a
column he can remove it or add those which are not currently being shown.
