It would be great to have a 'headerStyle' attribute (in *addition* to
'headerClass') that is a pass-thru to the th (but not to column <td>).
This would be great for cases where you want to 'augment' style information
implied by the 'headerClass'. DisplayTag 1.1 allows both class and style on a
<td> - add the same for <th>.
