While exporting displaytags table into excel I ran into some encoding issues.
Column title could not handle special characters in Slovenian language, and it
probably would not in other languages too. I ran through code and found the
issue, now it works fine.
I searched for this issue and did not found any postings, hope I did not look
something over.
