Commons-lang dependency does not specify a version

Displaytag v1.1 requires at least commons-lang version 2.1. This is checked by
the DependencyChecker class, and running with version 2.0 will trigger an error
from this DependencyChecker.
However, the pom.xml listing dependencies has no required versions for
commons-lang :
[...]
<dependency>
<groupId>commons-lang</groupId>
<artifactId>commons-lang</artifactId>
</dependency>
[...]
This dependency should require 2.1 the following way :
[...]
<dependency>
<groupId>commons-lang</groupId>
<artifactId>commons-lang</artifactId>
<version>2.1</version>
</dependency>
[...]
Setting as minor because a simple workaround would be to add the above
dependency in your own project's pom.xml
