When using MultiLevelTotalDecorator with paging the grand total appears only at
bottom of first page and not at end of report.
This is because in finishRow() the following checkj is used:
if (isLastRow())
a possible solution could be to use
if (getListIndex() == ((List) getDecoratedObject()).size() - 1)
