Loading properties from different package

It is currently not possible to have displaytag load its resource bundles from
a location other than the root package of a web app. Many developers package
resource files in a sub-package such as com.acme.resources. It would be
extremely useful to be able to package displaytag.properties files in the same
location as other resources.
