When rendering de the HTML page with the form atribute parameter
"PARAMETER_SORTUSINGNAME" is not rendered.
Possible solution is to add in class HtmlTableWriter :
private void writeFormFields()
{
Map parameters = baseHref.getParameterMap();
ParamEncoder pe = new ParamEncoder(this.tableModel.getId());
addIfMissing(parameters,
pe.encodeParameterName(TableTagParameters.PARAMETER_ORDER));
