External pagination not working with checkbox decorator

When using external pagination in combination with the checkbox decorator there
appears to be an issue when trying to change pages. This appears to be related
to the fact that external pagination utilises the "page" request parameter to
determine the page to display and internal pagination utilises a request
parameter something like "d-148916-p". Upon page load the following hidden form
elements are created automatically:
<input type="hidden" value="" name="d-148916-p"/>
<input type="hidden" value="" name="d-148916-s"/>
<input type="hidden" value="" name="d-148916-o"/>
But there is nothing for the "page" parameter.
However, if the initial page is loaded using a URL with the page parameter
present (e.g.
http://localhost/GUIFramework/PaginatedCheckboxesListAction.action?page=1) the
following hidden form elements are created:
<input type="hidden" value="" name="d-148916-p"/>
<input type="hidden" value="" name="d-148916-s"/>
<input type="hidden" value="" name="d-148916-o"/>
<input type="hidden" value="1" name="page"/>
Everything then seems to work as expected.
