Problem: Now there is no simple possibility to pass parameters to decorator.
The only admissible way is getting page attributes from Decorator's pageContex,
but this makes Decorator aware of a JSP page where it is used.
Reason: display tags support decorators only with 'decorator' attribute. Even
initial properties of decorator cannot be set.
Solution: It would be great to have an attribute (let's say 'decoratorBean').
If 'decoratorBean' specified, a tag must use this bean as a decorator.
