Exporting huge data(85000 record ) into PDF giving out of memory errors

There are around 95000 records are available in the report and when clicked on
export as PDF option in the Recon report s, at first its getting freezed for a
while (say 3-5mins) and
then throws Core dump,Heap dump and OutofMemory errors in weblogic
console.Then when we clicked on the Reports, at times "OutofMemory error"
occured and getting displayed on the window.
