Description: For the moment, the configured {{I18nResourceProvider}} is only used for table/column headers. It is not used for paging links, export and basic messages.

This is a problem because the only way to have all translations in a single file is thus to use a bunch of {{display:setProperty}}.

I think this might be what DISPL-179 meant. I also found [http://www.mail-archive.com/displaytag-devel@lists.sourceforge.net/msg02361.html|an old discussion] concerning this problem.
