Unfortunately displaytag does not provide a means to
configure the order in which the export links are
printed.  It just prints them in the order they're
defined in MediaTypeEnum, where csv comes before
excel.  So, if both csv and excel are enabled, it'll
always print csv before excel. 

You could use javascript and css to achieve what you
want in a really hacky way, but is it really worth it?
