I have seen this. It is because your display tag tile is followed by another tile. As long as the tile with display tag is the last tile you are fine. We had to change the pages that contained display tag to not have any tiles but only includes after the tile that contained the displaytag. The problem is because in writing that last tiles the displaytag tile is closed and can not get to the repsonsewriter. There may be a more elegant solution but that is what we have been using for over a year to get around the issue.
