A colleague of mine found a curious hack, she extended the
DefaultRequestHelper of the display tag and modified it to take the page
number from a request attribute, maybe it is not too orthodox but it works.
This case make us wonder if the display tag shouldn't have an attribute or a
property to specify the page number in the case of paginating externally.

HttpServletRequest object (by a Filter and a HttpServletRequestWrapper
object) in order to control what parameters are returned (maintaining an
internal list of parameres).
