Hi,
Does anyone knows how to retrieve data back from <display:table> once it is
shown on the page?
I have a editable display table that I am using to display data in an
editable format. I am using it for the Add/Edit screen. I could display it
in the Add/Edit screen but once the user submit the data, I am not able to
retrieve the list back again.
My syntax is as follows:
<display:table name ="someList" uid="set" class="dataTable">
<display:column property="name" title="Name"
class="dataCellText" >
<input type="hidden" name="name" value="${set.name}"/>
</display:column>
<display:column title ="Value">
<input type="text" name="value" value="${set.value}"/>
</display:column>
</display:table>
and in my action I am trying to retrieve the list back as getSomeList() and
it is throwing a null pointer exception. I have been using the
<display:table> only for display data so far. Does it not allow you to
edit/enter the data? Does anyone know??
