i had fixed custom comparator issue... My fix is...
changed comparatorExpr condition while evaluating expression...
ELColumnTag.java --> evaluateExpressions() method...
if (comparatorExpr != null)
{
super.setComparator(eval.eval(\"comparator\", comparatorExpr,
Object.class)); //$NON-NLS-1$
}
