I'm trying to compile dkim-milter-2.8.3 on Fedora 10, and I'm having some
issues which I believe are related to directory creation (or lack
thereof):

Does the build/install infrastructure create the leading directories, or
does it simply assume that they're there? It seems like the latter. I've
tried running 'Build install' as both myself, and as 'root', and neither
works.
