What I wonder: Is there a way to find out what hostnames the dhcp

dnsmasq registers them just fine, but is there a run-time access to
that information?

dnsmasq stores its currently active lease information in a file
(dnsmasq.leases), see

https://dnsmasq.org/docs/dnsmasq-man.html#lbAL

True, I did actually even know that file...

I was more wondering if a client without access to the lease file could also access that information, but it's not really important. The lease file is enough.

Thanks for the infos

Bye
Tim
