You may distribute it and/or modify it under the terms of either the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html), version 3 or later, or the Creative Commons Attribution License (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/), version 4.0 or later. </Q> It might well be argued (and I would) that the GPL Licensing is irrelevant in regard to documentation, but the notice used is our accepted policy and I don't see and justifiable reason for changing it.
