I probably will just install FreeBSD
if I want to work with  Rotor.

No. I spent a little bit of time at home investigating that once and was stymied right 
away by the lack of a complete libdl
implementation. Rotor in its current form depends on dladdr, and that's not present in 
OpenBSD 3.1.

Then again, I didn't spend too much time looking into it. If you know of a complete 
libdl implementation for OpenBSD or
workarounds for the lack of dladdr, please send me mail off-list and perhaps I can 
push Rotor a bit farther along.
