Richard, Try saving your DQSD search directory and its contents (defaults to C:\Program Files\Quick Search Deskbar\), then deleting the directory entirely. Actually, if you could zip it up and send it to the dev list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) that would be helpful for diagnosis. After you delete the directory entirely, try re-installing 3.1.5.
