I have a PS7 power supply for a TR7. The PS7, though working yesterday,
is now zero output. Tried to do some fault finding , and it seems that
the 2N5060 SCR turns on straight away, pulling the base of the 2N3566
down to ground. The 10uF and the 10K across the 2N5060 seem OK off load.
The 2N3566 isn't passing anything so I don't quite understand where the
MC1723 is getting its supply from to turn on the 2N5060.
Any ideas what my next move should be?
