Apparently you are the first one to try the Savage driver on BSD. :)
Thanks for your interest in  the Savage driver development and for the
patch. I'll take a closer look at it later. I'm going to revamp the DRM
driver completely ASAP. In that process I'll probably move some files
from drm/linux to drm/shared. It would be good to have someone to test
things on BSD while the new Savage DRM takes shape. Would you be willing
to help out here?
