The first appearance is the Page Title, which resolves to "Administer Supervision Orders", the second one is a column heading spelled "Item Title". Remember the Messages.properties as well: The new alphabetical but slightly unnatural sort order of lines in Messages.properties makes it a bit hard to specify the change precisely, but it is around line 390 and was introduced in Revision 1947 from Revision 1880. There is only one such line now. The line with text for the column heading is missing now. I thought I would better report this now instead of forgetting by the time I am finished with my move to 1.4.2.
