Summary: Error in authorization to submit when you add collection.

Initial Comment:
When you try insert a new collection, in the Authorization to Submit step, you
can select many groups to add right, the list of these groups show a Group who
doesn't exist yet, because this group is the same group of that collection you
are creating right now, so the group of this collection can call itself, and
this recursive action generate a java.lang.StackOverflowError Exception.

I don't know if I explained very well, but I will send some pictures for you
can understand better the bug.

Message:
Fixed the way, that groups can not be added to themselves.
In the UI the groups still appear in the selection list.

Message:
Hi Marco,

this patch avoids that a group can be added to itself.
As soon as I'll find some time I'll do an enhanced one which excludes the
group from the group selection list.

Hope that helps

Claudia Jürgen
