Just wanted to say that this was a lack of understanding on my part. I hadn't
realised that <classifier>classes</classifier> caused Maven to look for the
dspace-oai-nnnn-classes.jar. As far as I am concerned this issue could be
closed, but I'll leave it open for the moment since it seems to have sparked a
discussion.
