Thanks, now we can access our URL without typing jspui at the end.
for just information, I am using solaris, tomcat6 and on our Solaris system I
created the directory Catalina and localhost then vi ROOT.xml inside localhost
directory.

This is what I did (Ubuntu 9.04, Tomcat 5.5 with the tomcat5.5-webapps
package installed):
vi /etc/tomcat5.5/Catalina/localhost/ROOT.xml
