We have managed to change the retrospective policy rules on items that we have loaded previously from and they were using closed license and now they are open for anonymous user to access, the little problem we have is that we can only change them one by one and we have more than 300 items in that collection, if there is anyone who can advice on how to change the policy in order to apply to the entire collection simultaneously. I logged on to dspace, click on Administer, Authorization , Advanced/Item Wildcard Policy Admin Tool, that is where I was editing the policies but they worked for me on item by item not whole collection.
