Edit /tomcat/conf/server.xml file and change
<Connector port"80" protocol="HTTP/1.1"
connectionTimeout="20000"
redirectPort="8443" />
Just make sure there is no service using the same port (80) if there is
and you don't use it you can just stop the service.
And you can also edit your dspace.cfg as well.
