Hi Jingwei,
the website may be blocked from the "great firewall" although i don't see
many reasons for it!
there are many ways to bypass it.. you can try a web proxy (
http://www.google.com/search?q=free+proxy&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official),
a vpn service or TOR (https://www.torproject.org/).
