Hello, IP based authentication is configurable. You can - create a group for your campus users e.g. MembersCampusXY - restrict the rights for the collection according to your needs - if the collection already contains items change the rights of the existing items via the advanced authorization management - add org.dspace.authenticate.IPAuthentication to auth stack in dspace.cfg - add authentication.ip.MembersCampusXY = Your IP
Examples can be found in the "Example of configuring IP-based authentication" section of dspace.cfg. Hope that helps Claudia Jürgen Am 10.01.2012 10:35, schrieb Lewatle Phaladi: > Hi All > > > > I would like to allow access to one collection that is restricted on our > DSPace repository by IP address to our on campus users, when users are > on institution network they should be allowed access without > authentications to the specific collection, advise is appreciated as > always. > > > > Regards, > > Lewatle > > > <html><p><font face = "verdana" size = "0.8" color = "navy">This > communication is intended for the addressee only.
